Complx Health

Personal training, physiotherapy, myotherapy and remedial massage share one mezzanine-level studio at 101 Moray Street, treating desk workers and athletes alike.

Complx Health runs out of the mezzanine level of 101 Moray Street, bringing personal training, physiotherapy, myotherapy, remedial massage, boxing and corporate wellness programs together under founder Jamie Percival. The idea is straightforward: rather than clients bouncing between a trainer, a physio and a massage therapist in different places, the Complx team shares notes and treats training and recovery as one connected process.

Complx Health occupies the mezzanine level of 101 Moray Street in South Melbourne, a modern office building a short walk from Southbank, Albert Park and the Melbourne CBD. Founder Jamie Percival built the business around more than two decades of coaching experience, with the goal of bringing personal training, physiotherapy, myotherapy, remedial massage, boxing and corporate wellness programs under one team rather than farming clients out to separate providers. On the training side, sessions range from one-on-one personal training and boxing and conditioning work to tailored programs for complete beginners and desk-bound professionals wanting to build strength around their working week. On the clinical side, the physiotherapy and myotherapy team treats neck and shoulder pain, lower-back issues, sciatica, sports injuries and general postural strain using dry needling, joint mobilisation, deep tissue and trigger-point techniques, with physiotherapy, myotherapy and remedial massage all claimable on the spot through HICAPS with major private health funds. Complx also runs corporate wellness programs for workplace teams, and the studio's location inside 101 Moray makes it a convenient before-work, lunchtime or after-work stop for people working in the building or nearby suburbs. New clients can book a free 30-minute consultation to meet the team and work out which service to start with. The studio is open early into the evening on weekdays and Saturday mornings, with free street parking available after 6pm and tram routes 96 and 12 stopping nearby.
