Coffee is a proper part of the offering here too, made with beans from Toby's Estate, the specialty roaster the business has partnered with. Opening from 7am daily, Buttr me is set up for early starts, whether that's a coffee and pastry on the way to work or a mid-morning break between errands at the centre. Being inside Clarendon Shopping Centre also means practical extras that standalone cafes can't always offer, including 90 minutes of free customer parking. As a recent opening, Buttr me is still building its wider profile, but its focus on a genuinely good croissant is already giving it a reason to stand out on South Melbourne's growing café scene.
