Y Rowing Club
An all-female rowing club founded in 1910, running recreational, competitive and learn-to-row programs from the Powerhouse on Albert Park Lake.
The Y Rowing Club traces its origins to 1910, when the YWCA first offered rowing to young women in Melbourne. Now based at the Powerhouse on Albert Park Lake, the women-only club runs recreational and competitive rowing alongside Learn to Row courses open to all genders.
