Selling is booking-based rather than walk-in: you reserve a drop-off slot online, bring in one bag of up to 40 items, and leave it with the buying team while they review everything. Designer and luxury pieces go through an extra round of third-party authentication before payment is released. Most sellers hear back the same day, and payment can be taken as cash or as store credit, which carries a higher rate and stays valid for three years. On the shopping side, the racks are organised more like a considered boutique than a typical secondhand store, with pieces spanning jackets, bags, shoes and accessories from a wide range of labels. Gift cards are available both in-store and online, Afterpay is accepted, and the online shop ships Australia-wide as well as internationally.
