The team is an authorised dealer for Maton, Martin, Taylor, Gibson, Lowden and other major acoustic brands, plus a number of boutique and Australian-made builders, and can arrange access to limited runs and custom shop instruments through those dealerships. Every guitar that comes through the shop is inspected and set up by staff before it goes to a customer, with neck relief, action and intonation adjusted for playability. Beyond sales, Acoustic Centre offers guitar repairs and servicing, restrings and maintenance, and works on instruments regardless of where they were originally purchased. The business also buys, trades and takes guitars on consignment, and ships instruments Australia-wide with insured delivery.
