Trinity Curated Wellness

Thomson House's ground floor holds a cedar sauna, cold plunge and mineral bath, plus yoga, Pilates, breathwork and an LED recovery lounge.

Trinity Curated Wellness occupies the ground floor of Thomson House on Thomson Street, just around the corner from Moray Street. The space is built around a hot-cold bathhouse circuit — a traditional cedar sauna, a cold plunge and a magnesium mineral bath — alongside an LED light lounge, group classes in yoga, Pilates and breathwork, and a rotating panel of therapists covering everything from kinesiology to reiki and nutrition.

Trinity Curated Wellness is a multi-service wellness studio on the ground floor of Thomson House in South Melbourne, built around the idea that recovery, movement and relaxation work best when offered under one roof. The centrepiece is a hot-cold bathhouse circuit: a cedar sauna heated to around 83 degrees, a cold plunge pool between 6 and 8 degrees, and a warm magnesium mineral bath, cycled together in 45-minute communal sessions for up to four people. Alongside the bathhouse sits an LED light lounge for 20-minute skin and recovery sessions, and a packed timetable of group classes covering mat Pilates, flow and yin yoga, breathwork, guided meditation, qigong and candlelit sound baths. Beyond the classes, Trinity brings in a rotating group of resident practitioners offering one-on-one appointments in kinesiology, reiki, functional medicine consultations, holistic health coaching and massage, plus a signature glow facial and rooftop personal training sessions with city views. Memberships can be built around whichever combination of classes, bathhouse sessions and therapies suit an individual's goals, and gift vouchers are available for any package. The space is designed for adults, with guests under 18 required to be accompanied by a parent or guardian. It suits anyone after a slower, considered approach to wellness, from desk-bound professionals wanting a hot-cold reset after work to locals building a regular yoga or Pilates habit. Metered street parking is available nearby on Thomson and Moray Streets and Eastern Road, and all classes and treatments are booked in advance online.
